How do you feel about social welfare?

Do you think the government should provide particular needs to its citizens?
Like in Canada and some governments in Europe heavily subsidizing higher education, housing, and health care.

For instance, Sweden and Canada have socialized health care. The UK subsidize college education capping everyone’s tuition at a certain price. And Sweden’s social housing project to make sure everyone could have a home at a reasonable price.

Do you think the government should provide this to all of its people or that is the individual’s responsibility? Do you think the government should provide it to lower income people?
